Alphabet Pizza

Ingredients · for 4 (scales to your household)

• 1 Premade pizza crust $2.50
• 2 tbsp. Olive oil $0.36
• 1/2 tsp. Oregano $0.04
• 1/2 tsp Pinch kosher salt $0.03
• 1 1/2 c. Pizza sauce $2.72
• 1 c. Mozzarella $2.24
• 1 c. Mini pepperoni not counted
• 2 tbsp Parsley $0.20

Per-ingredient cost is the amount this recipe uses at the lowest Canadian price we have on file; the per-serving total above adds the range up to the dearest price and for buying whole packages. A line marked not counted is one we couldn't measure from the amount as written — it is missing from the total, not free.

Method

1. Preheat oven to 400° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush olive oil all over pizza crust and sprinkle with kosher salt and oregano.
2. Using letter cookie cutters, cut out desired letters. Spread a spoonful of sauce onto each piece and top with cheese and mini pepperoni. Bake until cheese has melted and dough is golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.
