Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Arrange frozen pierogi in dish.
- In a saucepan, mix cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir frequently until cheese is fully melted and smooth.
- Pour melted cheese evenly over frozen pierogi, then, sprinkle with cheddar cheese
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and pierogi is heated thoroughly.
- Garnish with bacon crumbles and green onion before serving.
