Cosmic Brownies

• 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract $0.20

• 1 1/4 cup Flour $0.36

• 1/2 teaspoon Salt $0.03
• 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips $2.03
• 1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips $2.02
• 1/2 cup Heavy cream $1.20
• 1/3 cup Candy coated chips $0.79

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking pan with baking spray.
2. Whisk together cocoa powder and melted butter until smooth.
3. Whisk in sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
4. Sift together flour, cornstarch and salt then whisk it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Spread into baking pan and bake for 16-18 minutes.
6. Cool completely.
7. Chocolate Ganache
8. Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
9. Let sit for 2 minutes then stir until smooth and glossy.
10. Spread over brownies and sprinkle rainbow chocolate chips while ganache is still wet.
