Slice baguette, spread with butter mixed with minced garlic + parsley. Wrap in foil, bake 375°F (190°C) 15 min. Unwrap last 5 min to crisp.

Method
- Heat the oven to 200C (400F).
- Soften the butter and mash the garlic into it with a pinch of salt until it is evenly spread through.
- Split the loaf lengthwise and spread the garlic butter right to the edges and into any cut surfaces.
- Put the halves back together, wrap in foil and bake 12-15 minutes until heated through.
- For a crisp top, open the foil for the last 3 minutes.
- Slice on the diagonal and serve while hot.
