Method
- In a small sauce pan, put in your strawberries, sugar, 1 cup of water and the rind of 1 lemon.
- Stirring constantly, cook on medium-high heat until it boils.
- Remove from the stove once it starts boiling.
- Mix in 5 more cups of water and add your lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
- Taste and add more sugar, water, or lemon juice if needed.
- Put in the fridge and serve cold.
