Method

  1. Add ground beef and water to a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and using a potato masher, mash the ground beef until completely broken apart.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, then drain all but about 1 cup of the water.
  4. Add in the Taco Bell Taco Seasoning mix and stir well.
  5. Cook until the liquid is reduced.
  6. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave for 20 seconds on 50% power.
  7. Top each tortilla with Mexican rice, cooked ground beef, nacho cheese sauce and Fritos chips.
  8. Fold in the top and bottom and wrap tightly before serving.
