Ingredients · for 6 (scales to your household)

Per-ingredient cost is the amount this recipe uses at the lowest Canadian price we have on file; the per-serving total above adds the range up to the dearest price and for buying whole packages.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning mix according to the package instructions.
  3. To assemble each burrito: spread ¼ cup beans down the center of a tortilla. Top with ½ cup rice, a portion of the beef, 2 tablespoons corn, and ¼ cup cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up from the bottom. Place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, until heated through. If baking cold burritos from the refrigerator, add 5-10 minutes to the bake time.
