Ingredients · for 3 (scales to your household)

Per-ingredient cost is the amount this recipe uses at the lowest Canadian price we have on file; the per-serving total above adds the range up to the dearest price and for buying whole packages.

Method

  1. Whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and sugar to make the yakisoba sauce; adjust sweetness to taste.
  2. Cut the pork and all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion and cabbage.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan or on a griddle, warm the noodles while gently separating the strands, then set them aside.
  4. Cook the pork until no longer pink, then add onion and carrot, stir-frying each a minute or two.
  5. Add the cabbage, shiitake, and green onions and cook until just softened.
  6. Return the noodles to the pan, pour the sauce over everything, and toss until evenly coated; season with black pepper and serve immediately.
